Protection of Crimean Tatar Rights through public diplomacy

Krimmitatarlaste inimõiguste eestkoste

Objective of the project is to raise awareness about Crimean Tatars, the indigenous peoples of the Crimean peninsula among western audiences. Project is aiming to find support to Crimean Tatar indigenous rights in the European Union and other international organisations. The public diplomacy project takes place 2014 – 2017.

 

International cooperation in Kyrgyzstan for promoting and raising awareness of human rights

Inimõiguste projekt Kõrgõzstanis

The objective of the project is to develop safeguards for human rights and support democratic processes by working together with local civil society leaders, universities and other schools in communities in Kyrgyzstan, as well as by training people who work with locals. The educational project takes place 2014 – 2016.

Human Rights Respecting Schools

The project aims at contributing to systematic positive change in how human rights education is provided in Estonia in both formal and non-formal education sectors through creating a network of Human Rights Friendly Schools, and providing NGOs from the same communities with relevant training  and long-term usable materials.

 

 

Baltic Academy

Balti Akadeemia

The objective of the Baltic Academy is to implement summer academies for the schools in the three Baltic countries on the topic of multiperspective approach to history. The academy teaches its participants how to develop human rights education and democratic values through teaching history and civic studies.
